2. Key Responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Supervise and support departments such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster staff development.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Manage in-store sales activities, stock movement, and customer experience delivery.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track key performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction trends.
- Process Improvement:
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Set clear KPIs and ensure teams meet targets.
- Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate with leadership on business growth strategies and expansion plans.
- Facilitate meetings and updates to align departments with business objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Manage customer escalations and internal conflict resolution.

3. Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience:

- Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with retail tech tools, POS systems, inventory software, and CRM platforms.
