The Leaders Of Tomorrow (LOT) Digital Exchange Program is an online initiative designed for international youth aged 14-24, focusing on fostering cultural understanding, mutual respect, and leadership skills. The program aims to build a better future by promoting peace, love, and understanding among diverse participants. Through dialogue sessions, video calls, and online workshops, participants will learn about cultural diversity and develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
