2. About the Program
- Program Structure:
- The program includes a full one-year MSc in Development Policy and Politics, followed by a one-year internship.
- The internship is divided into two parts: six months with the International Development Department (IDD) working on research, and six months with the Mo Ibrahim Foundation in London, participating in various initiatives and forums.

- Choose from any module across the School of Government or from another school/college with Programme Director approval.
4. Scholarship Details
- Coverage:
- Full tuition fee.
- Airfare to and from the United Kingdom and visa costs.
- Monthly stipend of £950 for 18 months.
- Arrival allowance of £950.
- The remaining six months of the internship funded directly by the Mo Ibrahim Foundation.
5. Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Requirements:
- A first-class Honours degree or equivalent from an approved university.
- Age and Residency:
- Applicants must be under 30 years of age.
- Must be African nationals domiciled or permanent residents in an African country, with preference given to those living in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Language Proficiency:
- Good written and spoken English. Non-native speakers must provide evidence of proficiency (IELTS level 6.5 or TOEFL 580/93).
