4. Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualifications:
- Completed first university degree.
- Capacity for independent academic research and study.
Professional Experience:
- At least three years of experience in data management, analysis, and visualization.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong communication and quantitative/qualitative analytical skills.
- Expertise in technology, systems development, big data, open data, and data science.
- Working knowledge of African country contexts concerning climate and health.
Commitment:
- Availability to participate full-time and adhere to the program’s schedule and activities.
